I am a chef and I have purchased curry powder from many stores, they are all weak and prepared with inferior spices. I tried Fonix and that’s all it took! The color and the smell when you first open the package is an indicator of the high quality spices that they use in this blend. I cater for retreats and I take this powder with me each time.

This is my favorite and most delicious curry powder I use in my kitchen. I love hot and spicy but my body unfortunately doesn’t and that’s another reason why I turn to this particular curry. It is not spicy. If you are looking for spicy this is not the curry powder for you. I also like that there are no added preservatives like anti-caking agents. Good stuff! I bought this large bag and again will buy

This is the best curry powder I’ve ever used. It has a strong, warm, wonderful flavor and I find that I need more of it than expected.

I love this curry powder. It’s much better than what I was using- I had no idea the kind I’m buying from the grocery store must be quite old or diluted. I’ll use this from now on. The great price and quality are far beyond what I expected

Prompt service, came when delivered. I wasn’t sure if there would be a big difference between the curry powder I buy in the grocery store and this one. As soon I opened the bag I knew it was special. The smell itself was an aphrodisiac. My friend came over while I was distributing it into storage jars and she couldn’t stop smelling it, her eyes rolled into her head. It was embarrassing. So I gave her some to take home. But just a little. I put some on roasted potatoes with some olive oil. It was divine. Can’t wait to make something a little more complicated.
