If you want to make your dish spicy you could for sure break a few of these open when you are cooking to kick it up a notch. My husband LOVES spicy things, so he ended up eating a few of these and he reports they were not overly spicy. I honestly can't wait to make that dish again.

dried red pepper pods arrived quickly and were well packaged. The pods have a beautiful hot flavor. They are exactly what I want for many meat and vegetable dishes. I grind the amount I need so my chili keeps its flavor for a long time. I mix the powder in dry meat rubs and other spice mixes! I highly recommend this product!

This will definitely last me a while. It’s really spicy. I bought it to make chili oil and it fits the bill. I’m not sure where this falls on the Scoville scale but I’ll bet it’s pretty high. Keep a glass of cold milk handy. Great product.
