Orders generally ship within 3 business days from when payment has cleared. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped. Orders that ship free will go at economy speed which is usually 3-5 Business Days, but can sometimes take longer (NOT guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date), if you want guaranteed options please pay for expedited shipping.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. Higher-end orders will require a signature, so please specify an address or work address that you can be available to receive the package and sign for it; furthermore, if a PO Box is used as the shipping address, we reserve the right to ask for a physical address.
We will refund and not reship items that are unsigned for, missed delivery, or are returned to us because of an insufficient address.

Beautiful!! I loved it!! I am excited about the purchase even though I am quite critical and demanding. Comes with a short leather strap and a nylon strap, they 2 super nice, and well-made. The inside of the bag has 2 pockets, 1 with a zipper and one without. Does not bring a bad smell. The black tone of the bag is not entirely matte, I would have liked it more completely matte. But it's equally precious. All materials, buckles, anchors, and zipper look good quality and sturdy. I recommend the seller. Wine is very well packaged with a badge of leather material.
